Wild Frosted Lavender Woods Roll On Oil Blend

Our gentle (not overpowering!) Wild Frosted Lavender Woods Stress & Headache Roll On is a new spin off of our Wild Frosted Forest recipe. It is the same base recipe (of Pine & Peppermint for pain/nausea relief) with added Lavender to soothe and calm, Eucalyptus Blue for mental clarity, and Vanilla/Marshmallow for warmth and a hint of sweetness. 

We chose to add Lavender oil because it is soothing, calming and relaxing, all things needed to handle stress! The Eucalyptus Blue oil is for mental clarity. The invigorating aroma of eucalyptus oil is believed to help improve mental focus, alertness, and cognitive function. The Pine Needle oil is known for its supportive properties against many bodily aches and pains, both topically and aromatically. The Peppermint oil is one of the most commonly used essential oils to treat headaches and migraine attacks. It contains menthol, which can help relax muscles and ease pain. It's thought that applying diluted peppermint oil topically can help relieve pain from both tension headaches and migraine attacks. 

Although if you suffer from really really bad headaches and/or migraines like I do, this probably won't cure them....but it certainly helps with the symptoms they cause! The peppermint essential oil is cooling while the lavender and pine essential oils are soothing.
