Massage a dab of our gentle (not overpowering!) Wild Frosted Forest Headache Balm on your temples when you feel a headache coming on. Breathe deeply, close your eyes, and imagine walking through a crisp wooded forest at dawn. Feel your headache melt away like the frost on the pines!

We chose Pine Oil chose for this balm as it is known for its supportive properties against many bodily aches and pains, both topically and aromatically. The Peppermint oil we added is one of the most commonly used essential oils to treat headaches and migraine attacks. It contains menthol, which can help relax muscles and ease pain. It's thought that applying diluted peppermint oil topically can help relieve pain from both tension headaches and migraine attacks.

Although if you suffer from really really bad headaches and/or migraines like I do, this probably won't cure them....but it certainly helps with symptoms such as nausea! The peppermint essential oil is cooling while the lavender and pine essential oils are soothing. For tension headaches this makes for a great temple or back of the neck massage! I personally carry the black stick in my wallet and smell it when I am out and about... I have found it soothes the introvert in me while in crowded public spaces too. 


Available in both black stick (.3oz) or green mini tin (1oz) forms. For external use only, avoid contact with the eyes. 


Scent profile: Pine and Peppermint Essential oils are the main players here

Directions: Always wash hands before using the balm to avoid contaminating the product. Apply this salve on the skin up to 2 times a day. 



Main Ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil, Pure Jojoba Oil, Organic Beeswax, Pure Shea Butter, Pine oil and the following all natural Essential oils: Peppermint, Eucalyptus Blue, and just a few drops of Balsam, Cedarwood, Lime, Ocotea, Vanilla, Lavender, and Rosemary.
