Whipped Tallow Face Cream: Larklight

In the ever-changing world of skincare, the pursuit of flawless, radiant skin is one thing that hasn't changed. We set out with the lofty goal of creating a gentle, tallow-based face cream to help diminish the appearance of discoloration and hyperpigmentation, revealing a more even, luminous complexion. Larklight is the result! This tallow face cream, full of nutrient dense ingredients, also contains naturally derived plant extracts and oils to help lighten and brighten the skin. Added bonus: this face cream is paraben-free and phthalate-free, no added junk!

What's behind the name? We chose the name Larklight in honor of my sister because this was formulated partially with her in mind, and she LOVES birds. We envisioned little lark birds on the label, fading into the distance, to symbolize the fading of discoloration & hyperpigmentation.

Scent profile: Subtle Sweet Orange, Cedarwood & Amber

The star ingredients in this cream are:

Saffron (helps brighten due to active components crocin & crocetin; gives radiance & glow)

Turmeric (helps brighten, and contains anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, anti-septic, anti-bacterial, and UV radiation protection properties)

Ashwaganda (helps lighten and reduces the over-production of Melanin; contains antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and rejuvenating properties)

Licorice (helps reduce the over-production of Melanin; helps balance excess oil, helps brighten; antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties)

Rosehip (nourishing properties, helps brighten, great for scars)

Directions for use: Cleanse the face as usual. Massage a thin layer on the face and neck. Apply morning or night. Best results with consistent, long term use. Note: Consult a doctor before use if pregnant/breastfeeding. Ashwaganda and Licorice are not generally considered safe to use during pregnancy.
